It is to inform all my computer operator that very soon ITSA will be get recognition from Establishment Department. But in the mean while here it is important to say that Steno, PA, PS will be upgraded to BPS 12,15,16 to 14,16,17,18.

I am working in Judicial department, Khyber Pakhtunkhawa as Computer Operator (BPS 12). Our job is so difficult we are doing all duties of stenographer/stenotypist. In the recent years our post was upgraded from BPS 10 to BPS 12. In the near future i am not seeing any chance of its more up gradation. But there should be service structure for these posts. I am serving on this post from last 08 years but have not any opportunity of promotion. So, my dear brothers and sisters we should join together for this purpose if we do not want to go to home after expiry of our service in the same pay scale. We all are working in different departments, we all have knowledge of our departments, we should communicate each other if anything beneficial for employee come in the knowledge of anyone. We jointly request our Government to take step in this regard and I also request our employees unions to take this matter seriously.

Deletei m a computer operator of BS-12 in LG&CD Department, Punjab, Lahore working since 2007 and after a lapsed of 6 years there is a chance for promotion as govt. promoted steno. The Govt. should also up grade the post of computer operator, as we are performing all duties of steno, and it is worth mentioned that the stenos are not much skilled in computer as we are. So it is my appeal to Provincial as well as Federal Government to up grade the post of computer operator as BS-14.
Brother, i m also in this tragic situation that i have not promoted, we should all struggle through Court Cases, we the Computer Operators of LG&CD of Lahore District are going to file a case in Lahore high court after 1 month with the ply that we will promote as steno BS-14.

ReplyDeleteI am Azhar shah and working from six years as Computer Operator now in KPK the Computer Operator are working in BPS-12, but computer operator working in several deptt: of Federal Govt: in BPS16, Please notice about that and make unity to proceed our this case to KPK Govt: to solve our this Upgradation / Promotion problem positively. ReplyDeleteWe all computer operators of KPK Province Deptts: working in BPS-12 against the post of computer operator BPS-12 initial require qualification is Graduate with one year Diploma in IT, But in reverse in Federal Govt: level and Sindh Province the computer operators working in BPS-16 under same qualifications, which is so much and huge discrimination and unfair with all computer operators. also Stenotypist working in BPS-14 under FA/FSC qualification + short hand course. and Stenographer in BPS-16 under Graduate + short hand source which is equal to computer operator and stenotypist qualification is low but scale are higher than computer operators look it this.. please do some thing about it....

Brother here is main difference is that some computer operators having professional degrees and some have no any professional degrees

ReplyDeleteI am working as Computer Operator in BPS 12 from 14 years in Bahawalpur and still working in the same status. In front of me some peoples joined as Junior Clerk and now they are step by step promoted in Office Assistant in BPS 14 and they are junior to me.
